Here are some pictures from the massively successful 2005 sparring workshop - hosted by Mr Manning 6th Degree. Conducted in Watford, the hugely enjoyable event covered all aspects of sparring from strategy to stamina, attacks and defences through to counters and specific techniques. With so much experience from competitions Mr Manning was the ideal person to impart some of his vast knowledge and ring-craft to both coloured belts and black belts alike.
The event opened with an over-view from Mr Choy - 8th Degree Chairman of the BUTF and enthralled everyone with 4 hours of hardwork.
The official coverage will be included in the next newsletter, but in the meantime hopefully these images will jog your memory and give you something to practice at your next training session.
