This is the home pages for the St Albans, Watford, Chesham and Hatfield Schools of Taekwon Do. And it is a pleasure to welcome you here. Follow the links on the left for more information about the club that you are interested in or to view some action shots of the various clubs in action.

This site is updated frequently depending upon what's happening with the club and what activities we are taking part in. Keep checking back for regular updates.

The clubs here are all members of the British United Taekwon Do Federation and we teach Taekwon Do to the standards and to the spirit of Taekwon Do as envisioned by it's creator General Choi Hong Hi 9th Dan. We run under the strict supervision of Grandmaster Choy 9th Degree who is one of the worlds greatest authorities on Taekwon Do and Taekwon Do technique. This is why we can pride ourselves on the quality of our Taekwon Do as it is not allowed to be diluted.  We hope that you enjoy visiting this site and look forward to welcoming you back soon.  Scroll down for news!

NEWS

5th January 2012  - Welcome back.  St Albans School is now training 2 nights per week.  The first night is Wednesday for Senior members at the Trestle Arts Base and the 2nd night is Friday with beginners from 7pm and the senior members from 7.30pn at the Jersey Farm Community centre.  Training starts back on Wednesday the 11th of January.

5th December 2011 - New home for St Albans School of Taekwon Do.  As of the 7th of December we will now be using the Trestle Arts base which is 2 minutes from our old venue of Nuffield.  Directions are here ...http://www.trestle.org.uk ... and it's the same times as before.  We look forward to seeing you there.

12th November 2011 - Congratulations to everyone who took part and won medals in the 2011 British Open Championships.  A full report and pictures will be up here in the next 24 hours.

12th November 2011 - Last Grading of the year will be at Chesham on Saturday the 3rd of December.  Start time will be advised in class as well as final preparations.

12th November 2011 - There are changes to the overall titles at the championships.  IF you win a gold you have to give your name to the officials at the BUTF Cup tournament at the tournament in Hatfield.  IF you win again at the Opens in Battersea then you give your name to the officials again.  You will then be presented with you 2011 Overall Champion Trophy at the BUTF Cup Championships in Hatfield in 2012.  If you do not register your name after winning then you do not qualify and cannot collect the trophy no matter how many golds you have won.
