The ITF Plaque No. 306 (the first one to be issued in the UK), was presented to Master R.M.K. Choy VIII Dan, by the founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi, IX Dan, during the 1987 celebrations at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel in Heathrow commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the introduction of Taekwon-Do to the United Kingdom .
